Janine van den Bemt

Janine is mainly active in the field of corporate and insolvency law.

She likes to negotiate and has a special interest in financing and securities. You can engage Janine for advice and procedures regarding, among other things, (director’s) liability, actio pauliana (an application to set aside a fraudulent preference), commercial contracts and the establishment and enforcement of securities. She can also be called on for the collection of debts.

In bankruptcies, Janine also works closely with the bankruptcy trustees of GMW lawyers.
