Antoine de Werd

He acts both as a lawyer, divorce mediator and as a collaborative lawyer. Antoine litigates, advises and mediates on behalf of his clients, mostly entrepreneurs (or their spouses), expatriates and professionals. Antoine is often involved in divorces with complex financial issues (alimony and property settlement) and international aspects.

Antoine’s approach is efficient, businesslike and strategic aimed at achieving a suitable solution for the client, if possible in consultation with the other party.

Antoine is a member of the Association of Family Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (vFAS), the Association of Collaborative Professionals (VvCP) and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
